The BREADCRUMB project has compiled an inventory of 1,350 public and private food marketing standards in the EU in relation to five food commodity categories: fruits and vegetables, meat (poultry, bovine, pork), fish, eggs, and cereals. The inventory provides the following key points of information about each standard: name, a brief description, categorization of the standard according to EU Regulation 1308/2013, the food commodity category, geographic scope, supply chain stage, if the standard is public or private, and where further information about the standard can be located online.
