BREADCRUMB at BIOSPAIN 2026: Connecting Food Innovation and Sustainability

BREADCRUMB was represented at BIOSPAIN 2026, held in Bilbao, Spain, from 29 September to 1 October, by Miguel Ozáez from project partner PNO Innovation Spain.

PNO Innovation participated as a Gold Sponsor and exhibitor, welcoming visitors to its booth throughout the three-day event.

Miguel connected with stakeholders from the biotechnology and innovation ecosystem, sharing insights into BREADCRUMB’s work on food marketing standards, food waste reduction and more sustainable food systems.

BIOSPAIN provided an opportunity to exchange ideas, explore potential synergies and raise awareness of the project’s contribution to tackling food waste.
